What an interesting topic... My Pastor was discussing the same thing on Wednesday night!

Bro. Chris said that he beieves babies (Yes; that includes aborted fetus') are "Safe", not "Saved" and that they will all be in Heaven. I'm not so sure on the vernacular; but I believe with all of my heart; that the innocent will enter The Kingdom of Heaven. After all; it is God that created us all, so why would he punish those who haven't reached the age of accountability? God DOES NOT have any Grandchildren!!! Period! We are all His children. Call us Dad's; what you may, but God has blessed us with the upbrining of His chilren. That is a VERY serious deal. And, I am NOT going to dissappoint my Heavenly Father by not bringing my "kids" up in His light? Absolutely NOT! I want my children to find Salvation as soon as they are able. That puts the onus on me to share God's word with my "kids" as soon as they are able to comprehend. I'm very pround of all of The Bible verses that my son has memorized; but, I don't really think he has a real grasp of Salvation, and what it means. I just don't think he's old enough or wise enough to know the difference. But; he asks me about God, and I do my best to explain that He's a Wonderful; Loving God, and that He will always answer the prayers that we ask that serve Him. Beyond that; I'm dealing with a four year old. His level of understaning is limited, but I keep on reinforcing God's Word in him, and how powerful and important that it is. I've had to explain the passing of friends and loved ones that we'd pray for recovery, but were called Home, a little before their time. I explained to Will: "God doesn't always answer our exact prayers". It's sort of like the: "Don't walk across the strett without holding Daddy's hand" deal. Don't tempt fate. God knows what's best for us; and we simply accept God's will for us. He's as much a "Doubting Thomas" as I was. at that age.

Blessed is The Lord Almighty They WILL find Salvation, in due time. It will warm my heart to see it!

God loves ALL of His chilren.

Will will be old eough, before long; to make "THAT" decision. I just provide God's moral template for my son and daughter. That's all I can do; except to lead by example.

We HAVE to know that our Father is STILL in charge, and that He will lead us all.

Love,

Jim

I certainly believe that children will be fine. I do not think God would punish a child in death, when they did not know any better in life.

I have had four miscarriages, and unfortunately a voluntary termination, and I wish to believe that my potential children are in the arms of God. You can read more of my story at imissmybaby.wordpress.com. I talk candidly about how God delivered me during a very trying time in my life.
